Trusted by global brands and agencies, we empower teams to work faster and smarter across borders.</p><h5><strong>The Role: Your Mission in APAC</strong></h5><p>You will lead the regional rollout of a massive international onboarding program covering 40 markets and 7,000 users. Your focus is the APAC hub, ensuring seamless adoption for our clients in the APAC region while collaborating with our global teams in EMEA and North America.</p><h5><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h5><p><strong>Regional Project Leadership:</strong> Drive and coordinate the platform rollout across multiple APAC markets. Build localized project timelines and ensure milestones are met across different time zones.</p><p><strong>Product Localization & Quality:</strong> Act as the "voice of the region." Translate specific APAC user needs (including unique requirements for the Chinese market) into clear product requirements for our Swedish dev team.</p><p><strong>Strategic Training:</strong> Lead remote training sessions and workshops. Ensure onboarding materials are culturally and operationally relevant for diverse teams.</p><p><strong>High-Touch Support:</strong> Provide proactive, high-quality support via ServiceNow. Manage tickets with a "customer-first" mindset, ensuring rapid resolution and local satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Bridge the Gap:</strong> Run regular status meetings between regional APAC clients and European stakeholders, ensuring alignment despite the distance.</p><p><em>Travel to Singapore and potential other regions will be required.</em></p><h5><strong>Who You Are</strong></h5><p>We are looking for a structured, proactive Customer Success Manager who thrives in a cross-cultural environment.</p><p><strong>Experience: </strong>5+ years in Customer Success or Project Management, ideally within B2B SaaS or MarTech.</p><p><strong>Regional Savvy:</strong> Proven experience working with clients in China and Singapore.
