This also includes creating training materials to be flowed out across our team. and conducting training for our recently merged Tooling teams.  </p><p></p><p>Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Developing tool acquisition training</li><li>Developing training for web-based tool acquisition application</li><li>Harmonizing tool request system across RAY, RIS, and other Raytheon tooling groups</li><li>Developing performance metrics for tool design/fabrication operations</li><li>Guiding transition from ZITOOL to TPRS</li></ul><p></p><p>This is a part time 20 hour per week job.</p><p></p><p><span>This job is posted as ONSITE, and is based at Raytheon’s Tucson, AZ facility.</span></p><p><br><b><span>Qualifications You Must Have:</span>  </b></p><ul><li><span>Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 10 years of relevant experience.  </span></li><li>Experience training tooling professionals at all levels</li><li>Experience developing performance metrics for tooling operations</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications We Prefer</span></b></p><ul><li>Experience with government property requirements associated with the acquisition of Special Tooling</li><li>Prism ZITOOL function experience</li><li>Previous Prism BPE experience</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Experience with SAP/Prism</li><li>Basic Creo & PDM experience</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What We Offer</span></b></p><p><span>Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
