Job Description:

  • Own the Anaplan Tech platform strategy and roadmap
  • Act as enterprise solution architect
  • Lead and mature the Anaplan Center of Excellence (COE)
  • Drive end-to-end delivery accountability
  • Serve as the primary advisor to Product Owner and Senior leadership
  • Oversee platform health, including model performance, integrations, security, and scalability
  • Lead enterprise adoption and change management
  • Define and enforce data governance and access controls
  • Partner with EDT and data teams to architect and optimize integrations
  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship
  • Deliver rapid, high-impact solutions in a contractor capacity

Requirements:

  • Anaplan Solution Architect certification (required)
  • 10+ years of FP&A / Finance Systems experience
  • Proven experience leading Anaplan COE or large-scale implementations
  • Deep expertise in Anaplan architecture, model design, and performance optimization
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management at Director/VP level
  • Demonstrated ability to define tech strategy
  • Experience managing external consultants and cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture and integrations
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience driving user adoption, change management, and training at scale
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus
