Instead of prospecting for leads, you will focus on scheduled consultations where you provide guidance on benefit programs that help protect what matters most.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

  • Understand client needs and explain available benefit options

  • Guide individuals and families through the application and onboarding process

  • Provide clear answers to client questions and offer ongoing support

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up communication
