In this role, you will lead a newly established regional Customer Success organization tasked with driving account penetration, profitability, and customer loyalty. If you are a results-driven sales leader who excels at balancing hands-on coaching with executive-level reporting, we want you on our team. In this remote role, you will be expected to collaborate with peers as, required but can work anywhere in the contiguous United States, and will support the west or central region. What you'll do: As the leader of your region's Customer Success team, you will focus on successful client outcomes, account revenue growth, and retention. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Team Leadership: Build, manage, and inspire a high-performance customer success team focused on delivering exceptional solutions and services * Strategic Growth: Drive regional account penetration, optimize revenue growth, and secure client renewals and upgrades within the MDU segment * Performance Coaching: Provide hands-on sales and relationship coaching to guide your team toward meeting and exceeding targets * Executive Reporting: Track, analyze, and present executive-level KPI reporting to measure team success, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and retention * Customer Advocacy: Develop strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and ensure long-term client loyalty What we offer: Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it.
