Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring efficient operations within the office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer orders into the WMS system
  • Schedule pick-up appointments with transportation companies
  • Check in drivers at the front window
  • Create small package orders and shipping labels
  • Work with team members to troubleshoot customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with the warehouse outbound team to ensure timely fulfillment and shipping of orders

Requirements
