This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will act as an extension of the Head of Operations, requiring a high level of trust and confidentiality. /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Responsibilities: /strong> /p> ul> li>Manage and organize calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel arrangements /li> li>Assist with the management of email inboxes, including sorting, responding to emails, and prioritizing tasks /li> li>Act as a liaison between the Head of Operations and other team members as well as external contacts /li> li>Handle direct messages and other communications, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed timely and efficiently /li> li>Assist with data collection and the completion of various tasks to ensure they are done by the appropriate deadlines /li> li>Draft and prepare professional correspondence, understanding basic HR principles to ensure communications are appropriate and respectful /li> li>Provide general office support, including document preparation, note-taking, and managing office supplies /li> li>Support the Head of Operations with personal tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, such as overseeing household/office management tasks like coordination with cleaners /li> li>Possess the ability to make logical leaps and operate with autonomy, anticipating the Head of Operations needs and acting accordingly /li> /ul> p> br> /p> p> strong>Requirements: /strong> /p> ul> li>Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
