About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to join our dynamic Rooms Division. As our Director of Housekeeping, you will oversee housekeeping, laundry, and valet operations, while inspiring and supporting a dedicated team in delivering service that is both genuine and consistently exceptional.

This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment, brings strong operational discipline, and is passionate about developing high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing housekeeping team, holding standards of cleanliness, compliance, and accountability at the highest level

  • Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations with a forward-looking approach to planning, efficiency, and service excellence

  • Partner cross-functionally to drive operational success, leveraging strong financial acumen to manage labor, budgets, and resources

  • Deliver exceptional guest service, confidently navigating complex situations and leading with professionalism through challenging conversations

What You'll Bring

  • Passionate and motivated leader with excellent personal presentation and ability to lead a multi-cultural team

  • Minimum of 15 years of housekeeping experience in fast-paced, high pressure, big box hotel environments with a minimum of 3 years in managerial or operational Rooms division management positions

  • Strategic, strong business acumen, high-level communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
