Come deliver this transformation. **About the Role** We are looking for a highly analytical and detail\-oriented **Data Operations Analyst** to work directly with the **India RCM Leadership**. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency through data analysis, dashboard development, process automation, reporting, and data quality management. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, identifying operational bottlenecks, building insightful dashboards, automating repetitive tasks, and partnering with business stakeholders to drive data\-backed decision\-making. **This full\-time position requires working 5 days a week in our Gurgaon, India office.** **What You'll Do** Data Analytics \& Reporting * Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. * Create and maintain business reports and performance metrics. * Develop actionable insights for leadership and operations teams. * Monitor key operational KPIs and proactively highlight risks or gaps. Dashboard Development \& Maintenance * Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards using BI tools. * Troubleshoot and fix dashboard issues, broken data connections, and reporting inaccuracies. * Improve dashboard usability and visualization standards. * Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems. Process Automation * Identify manual and repetitive operational tasks suitable for automation. * Design and implement automation solutions using available tools and technologies. * Reduce reporting turnaround times and improve process efficiency. * Document automation workflows and best practices. Data Operations \& Quality * Validate and audit data quality across multiple sources. * Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate resolutions. * Establish reporting governance and data validation processes. * Support data migration and operational improvement initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration * Work directly with the India Operations Head on strategic initiatives. * Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders. * Translate business needs into scalable reporting and automation solutions. * Support cross\-functional teams with data\-driven recommendations. **What You Have** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field. * 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Operations, or Reporting roles. * Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. * Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis. * Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
