Role: Cyber Security Analyst

Location: Oklahoma City, OK - Hybrid

Pay Range: $25.00 - $29.00 / Hourly

Overview:

  • Hybrid cybersecurity role supporting both on-prem and cloud environments
  • Exposure to multiple security domains (incident response, vulnerability management, firewalls, etc.)
  • Opportunity to work within a collaborative, non-siloed security team
  • Contract with potential for long-term or permanent placement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and protect infrastructure from security threats and vulnerabilities
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and security audits
  • Maintain and improve security tools, controls, and policies
  • Support incident response planning and workflow improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams including IT, compliance, and legal
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and security procedures

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux environments
  • Understanding of networking concepts, ports, and services
  • Familiarity with vulnerability frameworks (CVE, CVSS)
  • Exposure to infrastructure and application security practices
  • Experience with tools such as firewalls, encryption, or EDR solutions (nice to have)
