As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Cybba, you will play a key role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our e-commerce marketing and advertising solutions. The BDR team operates in a fast-paced, high-performing environment focused on building pipeline and supporting the company’s new business growth. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Identify quality opportunities through high-volume prospecting and creative outbound campaigns
  • 100+ Net New daily activities including email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
  • Build a strong understanding of Cybba’s value proposition and confidently communicate it to new prospects
  • Effectively manage and overcome common prospect objections through coaching and feedback
  • Update leads and prospect interaction in CRM (HubSpot) to ensure efficient lead management
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure overall team goals are met 

 

Qualifications 

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, digital marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 1+ years of HubSpot or comparable CRM experience preferred
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, outbound-focused environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen, adapt, and think on your feet
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a team 
  • Willing to test new approaches, learn quickly from feedback, and improve through iteration and feedback
