<strong>Minimum qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.</li><li>Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience automating and optimizing financial processes using a combination of technical, analytical and AI skills.</li><li>Experience utilizing SQL to extract and manipulate complex data sets for financial reporting and analysis.</li><li>Experience in core FP&A responsibilities, forecast, close, financial reporting.</li><li>Experience with internal financial access tools.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels, and to agreements with ambiguity and grow in a rapidly changing environment.<br><br></li></ul><strong>About the job</strong>As a Finance Optimization Analyst for Data and Insights, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of financial data at Google.
