Key Responsibilities

  • Sort, separate, and process recyclable materials according to company guidelines
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse using manual handling techniques and equipment as assigned
  • Load, unload, and stage materials for production and shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Inspect materials and identify items for recycling, reuse, or disposal
  • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse, material handling, recycling, or production experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings as required
