About this role Strategic Program Management & Model Governance Operations Role Overview The Strategic Program Management & Model Governance Operations role is a hands on execution role responsible for the day to day operational management of Aladdin Financial Engineering (AFE), covering workforce administration, vendor and CWK management, recruiting operations, mobility execution, and governance process support. This role is focused on tracking, coordination, execution, and follow through, ensuring that business operations and governance processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time. The role ensures that established processes, controls, and plans are executed consistently. Why This Role Exists This role ensures that AFE’s operational and governance machinery works—that vendors are paid correctly, hiring moves on time, mobility doesn’t stall, governance actions are tracked, and BAU doesn’t become noise for leadership. It allows senior leaders to focus on strategy and decision making, while this role ensures execution, hygiene, and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Program Management & Operations Provide hands on operational support for AFE business management activities. Track AFE headcount, CWKs, vendors, and budgets using centralized trackers. Maintain accurate records for start/end dates, hourly rates, managers, project assignments, and performance notes. Review and validate CWK invoices monthly, confirming hours worked, time off, and manager approval. Submit, update, and approve invoices in Coupa and follow up on discrepancies. Support CWK onboarding and offboarding by coordinating with vendors, managers, and SVM teams. Complete onboarding forms and ensure required approvals and system access are in place. Support vendor engagement lifecycle from requisition to PO setup and fulfillment.
  • Recruiting & Hiring Support execution of AFE hiring plans across campus, lateral, and early career hiring. Review and validate preoffers in Workday, ensuring accuracy of manager, location, job profile, and offer details. Track background checks and confirm onboarding readiness (seating, access, permissions, shared folders). Create, update, and close PIDs and requisitions in Workday. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, mobility, and immigration teams. Maintain up to date recruiting trackers and provide regular status updates across regions.
  • Mobility & Transfers Execute AFE mobility and transfer processes end to end. Enter mobility and transfer requests in Workday. Coordinate with mobility and immigration partners on case status and required documentation. Gather required employee information (immigration status, family details, timing). Track active cases closely and follow up with employees and managers through transfer completion. Ensure compensation and manager details are correctly communicated and reflected in systems.
  • Governance & Model Operations Support Provide operational support for model governance processes. Maintain governance trackers for model inventory, incidents, remediation items, and reporting. Support governance reporting by updating dashboards, trackers, and status summaries. Track model incidents, errors, and remediation actions and follow up on open items. Support audit and control activities by gathering documentation, evidence, and status updates. Ensure governance processes are followed and escalations are routed appropriately.
  • BAU Coordination & Communications Provide operational coordination for ongoing AFE activities. Coordinate logistics for AFE Townhalls and AFEX meetings (rooms, AV, decks, invites). Maintain agendas, send meeting placeholders, and follow up with speakers. Compile and distribute monthly AFE newsletters, sourcing content from AFEX and teams. Coordinate training logistics with external partners (ARPM, FIT, IPC), including access, signups, and vendor payments.
