This position obtains and maintains in-depth knowledge of the application functionality, and acquires knowledge of the clinical/business workflows to be implemented on the system. The Senior Application Coordinator jointly with each other, and with the department representatives, designs future-state workflows and builds the system to support the new workflows. This position works with each other in workgroups, and across interdisciplinary workgroups, to accomplish these goals as a team. Provides excellent customer service and maintains professionalism at all times.<br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><br><ul><li>Graduated from a school of Pharmacy</li><li>At least five years of hospital pharmacy management experience and/or related experience to assure a meaningful understanding of all operational aspects of the pharmacy department including: purchasing, inventory control, inpatient pharmacy operations, outpatient clinic drug use, outpatient prescription pharmacy operations, drug file structure and file maintenance, and patient profile databases for all pharmacy systems.</li><li>Must be familiar with all aspects of Pharmacy Information System database maintenance, including familiarity with information system management, in general.</li><li>Must demonstrate significant knowledge of all applicable systems as assigned and knowledge of database maintenance and control principles.</li><li>Must be able to handle multiple assignments, work flexible hours, and communicate with technical personnel and end users in a positive manner</li><li>Epic Willow Inpatient experience, on inpatient side</li><li>Preferably licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Georgia, or eligible for licensure within 120 days through reciprocity or exam</li></ul><br><br>Please note: While this position is remote, we're only able to hire candidates who reside in <strong>Georgia</strong>, <strong>Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina, Michigan, or Colorado.</strong><br><br><strong>What We Offer</strong><br><br><ul><li><strong>Competitive Salary & Comprehensive Benefits Package</strong></li><li><strong>Growth & Development</strong> with professional development and continuing education opportunities</li><li><strong>Supportive Work Environment</strong> with a collaborative culture and dedicated team members</li><li><strong>Employee Wellness Programs </strong>to support your well-being</li></ul><br><br>Ready to make a difference?
