Your role will be a critical part of ensuring our products are as comfortable as they are eco-friendly.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>4+ years of experience</strong> in footwear product testing or production creation</li> <li>A <strong>BA/BS or equivalent</strong> in biomechanics, kinesiology, industrial design, or engineering is a plus</li> <li>Experience with <strong>survey design</strong> using both <strong>quantitative and qualitative research methods</strong>, with a proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable feedback to cross-functional partners</li> <li>Experience using <strong>MESH01</strong> to create fit/wear test surveys is a plus</li> <li>Solid understanding of <strong>footwear development and manufacturing processes</strong> with a willingness to learn about cutting-edge materials</li> <li>Exceptional <strong>project management</strong> skills to maintain focused deliverables while managing multiple competing priorities according to the seasonal calendar</li> <li>Quick, adaptive, and robust <strong>communication skills</strong> to distill complex feedback into key takeaways that inform decision-making processes related to product fit, comfort, and durability</li> <li>Experience working both <strong>independently and collaboratively</strong></li> <li>Proficiency with <strong>Microsoft Office</strong> and <strong>G Suite</strong></li> </ul> <h4><strong>Work Environment</strong></h4> <p>Work takes place in an office setting. This job may require working more than 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours a week. It requires the ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods </p> <p>of time and communicate effectively with a diverse audience in person, by phone and by computer.
