You will work across multiple teams within the directorate alongside the Central Operations administrators, providing co-ordination, problem-solving support, and data driven insights. The role holder will also provide adhoc analytical support to the CS Business Manager and assist with administrative support during busy periods.<br><br>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments. You will work closely with senior managers and administrators, making this a fantastic opportunity to build a broad skillset and gain visibility.<br><br><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong><br><br>Co-ordinating activities across teams, helping monitor key initiatives and strategic priorities<br>• Preparing reports, updates and presentations that help inform leadership decisions<br>• Provide flexible, on demand support to all administrators within Central Operations, ensuring continuity and efficiency across administrative functions. This includes complex diary management, scheduling and co-ordinating of meetings when required and providing cover during periods of leave<br>• Collaborate with the Central Services Business Manager to gather, analyse and interpret data<br>• Prepare concise, actionable reports and presentations that highlight key insights and trends<br>• Supporting the CO Comms Manager with internal communications initiatives<br><br><strong>Essential Criteria</strong><br>• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks<br>• Multiskilled individual with the ability to seamlessly transition between diverse tasks and projects<br>• Highly organised with excellent time-management skills and attention to detail<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting confidently with colleagues across all levels<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)<br>• Confident working with information or data and presenting it clearly<br>• Flexible and adaptable and able to step in and provide support where its most needed<br>• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn<br>• A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required<br><br>The Bank values diversity and inclusion - we want to reflect the society we serve better; we want the best people to work for us and we want our workplace to be inclusive.
