Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to GoDaddy partners via phone, email, and chat, addressing technical, product, and account-related inquiries.
  • Onboard new partners, guiding them through platform setup, product integration, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to domains, hosting, website builders, SSL certificates, and other GoDaddy products.
  • Educate partners on product features, enhancements, and marketing strategies to help them grow their businesses.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities for partners to leverage GoDaddy's ecosystem more effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, engineering) to resolve escalated issues and advocate for partner needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and solutions in CRM systems.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner satisfaction, resolution time, and productivity.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer success, partner support, or technical support role, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of web hosting, domain management, website builders (e.g., WordPress), and digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and empathetically.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and ticketing systems.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently with flexible hours.
