Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Order Processing & Inventory Assistant to join our dynamic remote operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless order fulfillment, accurate inventory tracking, and excellent customer satisfaction. You will manage product data, process incoming orders, and support the day-to-day inventory operations from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer orders using internal order management systems.

  • Monitor and update inventory records across multiple platforms.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.

  • Handle order-related inquiries and provide timely support to customers or internal teams.

  • Track backorders, product availability, and initiate restocking procedures as required.

  • Ensure accuracy of SKUs, product descriptions, and pricing across e-commerce channels.

  • Prepare and analyze daily reports on inventory levels and order fulfillment metrics.

  • Identify discrepancies or stock issues and escalate appropriately for resolution.

  • Support product listing activities including updates on inventory availability.

  • Assist in implementing best practices to improve order and inventory accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in supply chain, logistics, or business administration is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet or inventory tools.

  • Experience using order management systems (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Oracle NetSuite) is highly desirable.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a deadline-driven role.

Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce order processing, inventory coordination, or administrative support.
