Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a highly organised Propsal Coordinator to lead the production of bespoke, professionally written bid responses for our Enterprise and Public Sector customers. You’ll play a key role in articulating Gamma’s value proposition — both financially and from a customer experience perspective.

This role requires strong project management skills to coordinate bid activity across multiple stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure clear communication throughout the bid lifecycle. You’ll lead kick-off and review meetings, storyboard sessions, and final submission reviews, working closely with Sales to embed the win strategy into every response.

Governance compliance and risk tracking are also key responsibilities, alongside maintaining control of deliverables in a fast-paced, matrix-managed environment. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle conflicting deadlines are essential.


What will you be doing day-to-day?
  • Leading the creation of compliant, professionally written proposals that reflect Gamma’s value proposition and align with customer values and bid scoring criteria.
  • Managing multiple bids at once, ensuring deadlines are met and submissions maintain a high standard of quality and consistency.
  • Facilitating strategic storytelling through kick-off meetings, storyboard sessions, and close collaboration with Sales to embed win strategies and competitive positioning.
  • ing customer research and value mapping techniques to tailor responses that resonate with customer priorities.
  • Enhancing proposal content using AI-generated material, including prompt engineering and validation techniques.
  • Integrating Sales AI insights to align proposal strategy and messaging with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Facilitating SWOT analysis to assess internal capabilities and position Gamma effectively against competitors.
  • Ensuring governance compliance and proactively identifying and escalating business risks, tracking them through to resolution.
  • Coordinating post-bid reviews to capture feedback, analyse outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining high standards of formatting, branding, and document quality across all submissions.
  • Supporting the use of our proposal management system and helping train others in its functionality.
  • Building strong working relationships across Sales, Pre-sales, Commercials, Projects, and external contributors to ensure seamless bid delivery.
