We are seeking a reliable, grounded on-site female photography assistant to support editorial portrait and boudoir photo sessions in Los Angeles. Due to the intimate and personal nature of the work, this role is female-only and requires discretion, emotional intelligence, and a calm, supportive presence.

Client comfort, privacy, and trust are central to everything we do.

- Assist during photo sessions (lighting support, reflectors, set adjustments)

- Help prepare, reset, and maintain sets, props, and backdrops

- Support client flow during sessions (wardrobe organization, transitions, comfort checks)

- Maintain a calm, professional environment during intimate shoots

- Assist with basic studio organization and cleanup on shoot days

- Capture behind-the-scenes content when requested

- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs

- Comfortable working in a body-positive, intimate environment

- Professional, discreet, and respectful demeanor

- Reliable, punctual, and communicative

- Ability to take direction and move efficiently during shoots

- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light equipment
