Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-demand security patrols of designated premises, including buildings, parking lots, and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety.
  • Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to identify suspicious activity and respond promptly to incidents as needed.
  • Respond swiftly and professionally to security alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
  • Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
  • Manage access control by verifying credentials of visitors, contractors, and employees during on-call shifts as needed.
  • Enforce security policies and procedures with a focus on conflict management and loss prevention strategies.
  • Provide first aid or CPR if necessary, supporting safety protocols during emergencies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service or related fields demonstrating strong situational awareness.
  • Valid certification in CPR and First Aid; additional certifications in surveillance or CCTV operation are a plus.
  • Knowledge of conflict management techniques and loss prevention methods.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and surveillance activities.
  • Flexibility to respond promptly during on-call hours across various shifts including nights and weekends.
