Marketing Representative (Junior and Senior Levels)


Location:
Half Moon Bay, CA (field-based role with regular Bay Area travel).

Lyon Restoration is a family-run disaster restoration company providing 24/7/365 emergency response across the Bay Area. We're hiring a Marketing Representative to grow and strengthen referral relationships with insurance partners, property managers, and other target accounts through consistent in-person outreach (known in our industry as "routing"). We're open to both Junior and Senior candidates, whether you're hungry to learn and grow, or you already know how to drive territory results.


Based in Half Moon Bay, Lyon Restoration has served the Bay Area for 15+ years, specializing in water, fire, mold, and environmental cleanup, plus the rebuild work that follows. We're not a big corporate chain. We're a tight, values-driven team known for responsiveness, urgency, and taking ownership. This role is all about relationship-building and consistency. You'll manage a defined list of target accounts and follow a weekly routing schedule, visiting partners in different cities each day, staying top-of-mind, and building trust over time. A company vehicle is provided. This is a field-based role covering a Bay Area territory.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain referral relationships through consistent in-person routing
  • Manage a territory schedule (e.g., different cities/route plans by day) and maintain regular touchpoints
  • Develop strong partnerships with target accounts such as:
  • Insurance-related contacts and adjusters
  • Property management companies
  • Other local referral partners aligned with restoration services
  • Track outreach activity and follow-ups to ensure consistency and results
  • Represent Lyon Restoration professionally, communication, appearance, and
  • follow-through matter
  • Coordinate with internal teams so partners get timely updates and excellent service
  • Attend occasional industry/community events as needed to expand relationships

Junior vs. Senior. What We Mean

Junior Marketing Representative

  • You may have less industry experience, but you bring energy, coachability, and strong people skills
  • You're comfortable being on the road daily and learning a territory plan
  • You can follow a process, stay consistent, and build trust through great follow-through

Senior Marketing Representative

  • You've owned a territory before and know how to build a referral pipeline
  • You bring confidence, polish, and a track record of relationship-driven growth
  • Bonus if you have restoration, construction, or insurance-related sales/marketing experience

Qualifications

  • Experience in relationship-based marketing, territory outreach, or account management (level depends on Junior vs Senior)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, you can build rapport fast and maintain trust long-term
  • Organized and consistent, this role is won through disciplined daily activity
  • Comfort working independently in the field and managing a weekly route
  • Tech comfort for tracking activity, follow-ups, and account notes
  • Valid driver's license (required)

Pay & Benefits

  • Full-time, W-2 Employment
  • Pay Range (Junior-Senior): $26 to $32 per hour, depending on experience
  • Plus discretionary performance incentives, discussed during interviews.
