Body Design Personal Training (BDPT) is hiring Enrollment Specialists to help motivated people join our personal training program.

This is a remote, work-from-home job with performance-based pay.

We help clients lose body fat, gain muscle, and improve their health.

As an Enrollment Specialist, you will speak with people who want help with their fitness.

Your job is to answer their questions, explain the program, and enroll them if it is a good fit.

This role requires discipline, daily attendance, and strong motivation to perform.

What You Will Do

  • Make 80+ outbound calls each day
  • Maintain at least 3 hours of talk time
  • Conduct video enrollment calls with prospects
  • Follow a step-by-step enrollment system
  • Answer questions and help people decide if the program is right for them
  • Enroll qualified clients into the program
  • Use Salesforce, Kixie, and scripts to track your work
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Work with a high-performance team
  • Stay available during scheduled work hours

What We Are Looking For (Required)

  • 2+ years of personal training experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience (phone or high-ticket preferred)
  • BDU, NASM, or ACE personal training certification
  • Confident and energetic communication
  • Competitive and coachable mindset
  • Able to work 40+ hours weekly
  • Able to work evenings and Saturdays
  • Laptop, headset, and high-speed internet
  • Quiet home workspace

Pay and Earnings

  • Activity pay + commissions + bonuses
  • Typical earnings: $4,000–$5,000 per month
  • Top performers earn $6,000+ per month

Example Earnings

Average enrollment value: $980

Average commission: $147 per enrollment

Weekly goal: 5 enrollments

This equals about $735 per week in commissions, plus activity pay.
