Responsibilities:

  • Help families find affordable protection plans
  • Build relationships with clients and team members
  • Educating clients on insurance and financial solutions
  • Stay motivated to reach sales and personal growth goals

Qualifications:

  • Hiring for OH, MI, TX, KY, MO
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Must be 18+ and able to obtain state insurance license
  • Must have laptop or computer with reliable internet connection
  • Background in sales, customer service, technical/computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom), management experience is a plus

Compensation:

  • Weekly Bonuses and incentives
  • 100% commission-based (uncapped)
  • First-year potential: $45,000–$85,000+ (full-time)
