Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented E-Learning Course Creator to design, develop, and deliver engaging online learning experiences. This fully remote position requires expertise in instructional design, content development, and digital learning tools to create interactive and impactful e-learning modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop course materials tailored to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement engaging e-learning courses using industry-leading authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar).

  • Collaborate with SMEs, educators, and stakeholders to create high-quality course content tailored to learner needs.

  • Develop scripts, storyboards, and multimedia assets, including graphics, videos, and animations, to enhance learning experiences.

  • Apply instructional design principles and best practices to create structured, effective, and interactive courses.

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines.

  • Implement assessment tools such as quizzes, surveys, and interactive activities to track learner progress and engagement.

  • Optimize courses for mobile and web-based platforms to ensure seamless user experiences.

  • Stay up-to-date with e-learning trends, technologies, and industry standards to enhance course effectiveness.

  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia Development, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning courses and digital learning content.

  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of instructional design theories, adult learning principles, and learning management systems (LMS).

  • Excellent graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar.

  • Strong writing and communication skills to create clear, concise, and engaging learning materials.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with a team.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning course creation, or digital content development.
