Location: DFT4, 1968 Marietta Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318

Compensation: Starting pay is $20.25 per hour.

Pre-Employment Qualifications:

  • Entry Level
  • Non-CDL
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must be able to work Saturday or Sunday as part of your schedule
  • PREMIUM Pay for schedules including both weekend days
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable getting in and out of a delivery van repeatedly throughout the day
  • Must be flexible to work holidays, evenings, and additional hours during high-volume periods
  • You must adhere to all Amazon and Delivery Service Partner policies and regulations while picking up, loading/unpacking and delivering packages in a safe, timely, and efficient manner
  • You must maintain Safe/Legal Driving, which will be measured against seatbelt usage, obeying all applicable traffic rules and road signs, driving in accordance with weather / road conditions, and being mindful of the community we serve
  • Bring a good attitude; we deliver smiles to our local and surrounding communities, and you will be asked to join us in community events as we give back to those around us
  • Commercial driving: 1 year

What You’ll Do as a Delivery Driver:

  • Follow a specific daily route delivering packages to residential and commercial stops
  • Follow strict processes, company procedures, and instructions for delivery
  • Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs. multiple times daily, including navigating stairs and various delivery environments
  • Work 8–10-hour shifts all year round, including in Georgia’s seasonal weather
  • Handle 170+ deliveries per day, with up to 400 packages during peak periods
