Anabas Welcome is currently seeking to employ an experiencedCorporate Receptionist on a 12 month fixed term contract, to carry outreception duties to provide an exceptional client experience through thedelivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients in London, close toBank and Liverpool Street. A high standard of service delivery is expected, andyou will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our clientrequirements are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring that all incoming calls for the client business arehandled efficiently and courteously.

Attend to all queries, ensuring strict security proceduresare adhered to.

Responsibility for arranging meeting room bookings, cateringand hospitality.

Develop and maintain an effective client relationship.

Meet and greet visitors in a professional, friendly andpersonable way.

Maintaining accurate data, including Security passes andfloor access.

Assisting in event coordination and supporting in additionaladministrative duties.

You will have:

Experience working as a receptionist in a corporate officeenvironment.

Excellent attention to detail and data recording.

Advanced written English proficiency

Have exceptional organisation and communication skills.

The ability to work in a highly fast-paced environment inwhich you can maintain an exceptional level of service whilst managing multipletasks.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract position. (Monday toFriday 40 hrs per week, 8:30-17:30)
