Role Overview

We’re seeking a self-motivated and disciplined Business Development Representative (BDR) to bring Labrador’s AI-driven solutions to independent restaurants. You’ll prospect, engage, and close owners, showing them how Labrador can streamline operations and help them thrive.

This is a high-impact sales role with significant earning potential for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build relationships with independent restaurants in your territory.
  • Educate owners on Labrador’s platform and guide them through onboarding.
  • Manage your pipeline, track activity, and provide market insights.
  • Represent Labrador with professionalism, energy, and passion for local business.
  • Hit Minimum Quota

Ideal Candidate

  • Motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communicator who can earn trust quickly.
  • Sales experience is preferred, but hunger and grit matter most.
  • Comfortable with face-to-face prospecting and pipeline management.

Compensation & Expectations

  • Base Salary + Uncapped performance bonus based on deals signed.
  • Annual earnings potential: $100,000–$450,000+ for top performers.
  • Expected to achieve Labrador’s Ideal Merchant Profile deal targets in order to maximize compensation.
