ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

We offer a 12-week paid internship program, beginning May 18th, 2026 to August 6th, 2026. Our Future Forward Intern will help gain experience and exposure to international markets and clients. They will play a crucial role in promoting luxury Caribbean destinations and knowledge in business services to succeed in an organization. The 28 weekly hours for the program are Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Join our dynamic team and be at the forefront of brand marketing innovation for luxury Caribbean Resort brands. As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand's narrative and engaging with our audience. We seek a passionate and collaborative individual with a love for travel, exceptional writing skills, and a creative mindset to support our department in marketing campaigns, advertising, and organization. The successful candidate will work within the Marketing team which serves as an internal agency to the rest of the business. They will assist with content, campaigns and other marketing related tasks and communicate plans with the wider business.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Media & Marketing Support: Join the Senior Brand Media Buyer in vendor and publication meetings, assist in evaluating proposals, and help maintain organized, accurate documentation supporting strategy across TV, print, digital, and other media channels.
  • Media Calendar: Contribute to building media calendars with audience and impression details to visualize investment pacing and support the team with smaller administrative processes.
  • Product Marketing Support: Contribute to product marketing tasks by gathering information on resort experiences, updating internal decks and fact sheets, and helping ensure product details are accurate across marketing materials.
  • Research & Insights: Support competitive and industry research to help inform product positioning, in‑resort experiences, and broader marketing decisions.
  • Performance & ROI: Help to gather performance reports and assist in calculating ROI for promotional campaigns.
  • Organizational & Cross‑Functional Coordination: Assist with maintaining calendars, meeting notes, shared folders, project trackers, and communication documents that help keep the department aligned and efficient.
  • General Department Support: Provide light administrative and coordination support across the Brand & Product Marketing team as needed.

Qualifications include:

  • Junior or Senior student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or recent graduate from a four-year College or University, in Marketing, Advertising or related field, (hospitality/tourism field a bonus).
  • Detail oriented, organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, with a knack for turning data into meaningful insights.
  • A whole lot of passion and enthusiasm. This is non-negotiable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal & written. Simply put, a unique way with words.
