About the position

Help bring our seasonal stories to life across digital and print for the Williams Sonoma brand. In this role, you’ll guide the pagination process from early planning through launch—making sure the right products show up in the right places, at the right time. You’ll manage seasonal assortments and key documentation, including SKU lists, visual layouts, and spreads-by-drop. You’ll also keep communication flowing between merchants, creative, CRM, and data science teams—especially around photography planning. Along the way, you’ll review launch performance and help the team make smart adjustments to space and product placement to drive results. Most importantly, you’ll keep projects on track and ensure key catalog and digital deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of seasonal photography pagination, shaping how products come to life across print, site, social, and email.
  • Manage and maintain visual and sku pagination documentation.
  • Build and maintain Spreads by Drop to thoughtfully allocate space, manage overages and support seasonal budget planning.
  • Partner with Photo Production to make the most of existing photography and assets, minimizing reshoots and saving time and budget.
  • Lead cross functional big bets planning to align teams around major launches, partnerships, and collaborations to ensure cohesive visual storytelling while in partnership with merchandising, creative, social, content, test kitchen and marketing.
  • Oversee vendor-funded catalog campaigns, including tracking funding, assigning space, and connecting print efforts with digital support.
  • Improve and manage Creative Change Form (CCF) workflows to reduce last-minute changes and keep production running smoothly.
  • Use tools like Workfront and Airtable to manage timelines, workflows, and best practices for creative production.
