Application Analyst – Pharmacist (Epic Willow)

Location: Remote
Duration: 3-Month Contract (Potential Extension)

Position Overview

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking a skilled Application Analyst – Pharmacist to support the implementation and optimization of Epic Willow (Ambulatory or Inpatient) systems. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and end users to deliver innovative, efficient, and high-performing healthcare IT solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of clinical pharmacy knowledge and application support expertise, ensuring optimal system functionality and improved patient care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with application teams and stakeholders to design and implement system enhancements
  • Support and maintain Epic Willow Ambulatory (WAM) or Willow Inpatient (WIP) modules
  • Analyze, design, test, and deploy healthcare IT solutions
  • Ensure system performance, reliability, and data integrity
  • Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Translate clinical and operational requirements into technical solutions
  • Participate in system upgrades, workflow improvements, and integration efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy (B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.)
  • Hands-on experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory (WAM) or Willow Inpatient (WIP)
  • Strong understanding of EHR systems and healthcare workflows
  • Experience in application analysis, implementation, and support
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a healthcare IT or clinical informatics role
  • Epic certification in Willow modules (WAM/WIP)
  • Experience with system integrations and workflow optimization
