Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-impact Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships Manager to lead the revenue-driving

side of our October 2025 virtual summit.

This is not a technical or backend setup role — our operations team will handle all system and funnel

work. Your focus will be 100% on sales, partnerships, and performance results: recruiting speakers,

managing affiliates, ensuring full promotional compliance, and driving both VIP and subscription sales.

The right candidate thrives on hitting ambitious targets, closing deals, and building high-value

partnerships — all while keeping revenue growth front and center.

Your Mission

- Recruit 21+ summit speakers with aligned audiences (7K+ email list)

- Manage and grow affiliate partners (3+ new per month)

- Ensure 100% speaker promotion compliance → at least 2,000 summit attendees

- Drive sales of VIP upgrades and $2,000/month client subscriptions during the summit and 90 days

after Summit Dates: October 6–26, 2025

Post-Summit Sales Window: October 27, 2025 – January 25, 2026

Key Responsibilities

1. Speaker Recruitment & Promotion Compliance

- Secure 21+ speakers whose audiences match our target markets: tourism, hospitality, boutique

hotels, DMCs, casinos, and service-based businesses

- Manage all speaker communications, ensuring each completes promotional commitments (email

blasts, social posts, list mailings)

- Monitor and track promotional compliance to hit attendee targets

2. Affiliate Partner Growth

- Recruit and onboard at least 3+ new high-quality affiliate partners each month

- Maintain active engagement and deliver promotional assets to partners- Support partners with sales-driving strategies and incentives

3. Sales Growth & Revenue Generation

- Hit 30–50 new $2K/month client subscriptions within 90 days post-summit (primary KPI)

- Achieve at least a 20% VIP upgrade conversion rate during the summit

- Close deals directly with warm leads from summit attendee pool

4. Partnership Development

- Create co-marketing opportunities (webinars, joint lead magnets, cross-promotions)

- Develop strategic relationships for long-term recurring revenue

KPIs

- Primary: 30–50 new $2K/month clients within 90 days post-summit

- Secondary: 25–40 new clients by Dec 31, 2025

- 100% speaker promotion compliance → 2,000+ summit attendees

- 20%+ VIP conversion rate

- 3+ new affiliate partners/month

- $160K+ monthly revenue from summit & affiliate activity

Compensation

Base Pay: $2,250/month

Commission:

- 10% on all October 2025 Summit VIP sales (uncapped)

- 10% on $2,000/month subscriptions, capped at first 3 months’ revenue per client ($600 each)

- Applies to subscriptions sold within 90 days post-summit from summit-generated leads

Performance Bonus: $500–$1,000 for exceeding KPIs

OTE Potential: $17K–$18K+ in 2 months if goals are met

Future Opportunity: Potential ongoing affiliate & partnerships role for top performers

- Confident in outreach, negotiation, and closing deals

- Experience in virtual summits or large-scale promotional campaigns is a plus

- Bonus: Background in AI, SaaS, or digital marketing
